Europe / Trade missions

Trade missions designed around meetings that matter.

A market visit becomes valuable when every meeting has a reason, every participant is prepared and every credible conversation receives follow-through.

IIThe approach

I support selected companies, chambers, export organisations and delegations in developing focused European business visits. The work begins with participant objectives and target-counterpart criteria—not with a generic events calendar.

Support can include market research, meeting-target development, direct outreach, counterpart profiles, participant briefings and a structured record of the commercial next steps created by the visit.

Research and approach relevant companies, institutions, buyers, distributors and strategic partners.

IVA considered process
  1. I

    Qualify participants

Establish each organisation’s proposition, readiness, objective and intended counterpart before invitations begin.

  2. II

    Build the target programme

Select relevant organisations and develop appointments around a coherent geographic and sector focus.

  3. III

    Prepare the room

Give participants and counterparties enough context to use limited meeting time intelligently.

  4. IV

    Convert activity into continuity

Document the outcome of each meeting and coordinate specific follow-up after the delegation leaves.

VFrequently asked questions
Do you organise travel and accommodation?+

The core service is commercial mission development. Travel, venues, interpretation and event logistics can be coordinated with appropriate independent providers when included in scope.

Can you support an institutional delegation?+

Yes, selected mandates can support chambers, export organisations, business associations and other institutions with a defined commercial programme.

Are meetings guaranteed?+

No. Targets decide independently whether to participate. A rigorous mandate improves relevance and preparation but cannot guarantee acceptance.

Can the mission focus on one company?+

Yes. A private market visit for one leadership team may be more focused than a larger delegation and can be structured accordingly.
